Emma Raducanu hires the SEVENTH coach of her career on a trial basis ahead of Indian Wells - as Brit prepares for her return after stalking ordeal
Emma Raducanu has appointed the seventh coach of her career as she is joined here in Indian Wells by Slovak Vlado Platenik, who will work with her on a trial basis. The 49-year-old has previously coached Daria Kasatkina, Dominika Cibulkova, Veronika Kudermetova and Lulu Sun - the New Zealander who beat Raducanu at Wimbledon last year. Raducanu has been without a coach since Nick Cavaday stepped down in January after a year in the job due to health issues.
