Steve Clarke has revealed he is '75 per cent' certain he will step down as Scotland manager when his contract expires next year. The 61-year-old has yet to have formal discussions on the issue with the Scottish FA, although president Mike Mulraney and chief executive Ian Maxwell have previously spoken about the possibility of offering him a further extension to his deal. However, Clarke, whose tenure began in 2019, continues to regard the 2026 World Cup qualifying campaign as the most likely end point of his time in charge.
