"To all the Creheads who were looking forward to seeing us this spring, I'm truly sorry," Neil, 64, said in a statement posted via Mtley Cre's Instagram on Tuesday, March 4. The legendary heavy metal band declined to specify what kind of procedure Neil is facing, noting only that the surgery is being "advised by vocalist Vince Neil's doctors.
