Former England manager Gareth Southgate has revealed why he has so much admiration for Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka. Saka, 23, became a national team regular during the final years of Southgate's England reign after bursting onto the scene at Euro 2020. England reached the final of that tournament but were beaten on penalties by Italy at Wembley, with Saka missing the decisive spot-kick. Saka, who was only 19 at the time, was subjected to abhorrent online racist abuse in the aftermath of that shootout defeat, but bounced back to become a key player for Arsenal and England.
