Kyle Juszczyk is being released by the San Francisco 49ers after eight seasons with the team, according to reports. ESPN's Adam Schefter claims 49ers chiefs informed Juszczyk, 33, on Monday night that his time in San Francisco is set to come to an end. He was due to earn a base salary of $4.1million with the team in 2025, along with a $100k signing bonus. According to Schefter, the nine-time Pro Bowler has no plans to retire and will instead play on next season, coming as a major alert to NFL teams as he prepares to enter free agency.
